A lot of these are pretty self explanatory....because they are just ugly. Others I feel like they don't really go with the story's plot or main theme...they make absolutely no sense.
I am in the middle of way too many series for my own good. 50, in fact. Yes, I am in the middle of 50 series. I even have a shelf for books in a series that I need to finish: here. In no particular order, here are sequels I'm excited to read!
Frostbite by Richelle Mead: I read VA in March 2013 and have meant to pick up Frostbite since then, I just haven't gotten around to it :/
Flawless by Sara Shepard: A few bloggers I follow read these incredibly fast. I read book 1 in no time at all and then watched 4 seasons of the show on Netflix. I have failed to pick up any more of the PLL books :(
Renegade by Debra Driza: Mila 2.0 is AMAZING. The sequel comes out in March and I'm soooooo excited!
The Savage Blue by Zoraida Cordova: The Vicious Deep was my first mermaid book and I enjoyed the male POV. I absolutely adore the cover art for both books. That may be part of my excitement!
Scarlet by Marissa Meyer: I literally put off reading Cinder for too long. There really was no reason for it other than the fact that I have a reading schedule and try to adhere to it or I freak out.
Outpost by Ann Aguirre: Enclave was an awesome zombie dystopian novel and I know Outpost is going to be amazing too. Even if it's a second book in a trilogy.
Ignite Me by Tahereh Mafi: I will be very surprised if this isn't on everyone's list :)
Dreams of Gods and Monsters by Laini Taylor: Oh the conclusion to Karou's story - it's sure to be heartwrenching and epic and poetic, as usual.
Split Second by Kasie West: Pivot Point is a beyond five-star read for me and I am chomping my fingernails away waiting as patiently as possible for the sequel. West is a brilliant author.
