Top Ten Books on my Summer 2020 TBR

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. More information here.

I am working on my seasonal TBRs little by little. I read 2 books off my spring TBR and I'm working on another. Really I'm kind of back to the same ole same ole of starting 12 books at once and not finishing most of them. I will be starting This Savage Song after I finish my current physical read and then hope to get to Seeker of the Crown after I finish my current galley read.

May Book Haul

May Book Haul | Check out the books I hauled this month #bookhaul

I went a little ham in May. There were a ton of books that were on sale for under $2 on Amazon and I hadn't purchased Kindle books like that in a while, so I purchased a bunch. Then I got 3 books from Netgalley. The 2 physical books were actually Nick's birthday presents, but I also want to read them. I also borrowed a ton of books from the library (and have read 6 of them and I'm working on 3 more right now). I hauled almost as much from the library as I did Kindle books. But still...I hauled 24 books. Whoops. Definitely need to get to reading backlogged books asap because now I have a whole lot of books to catch up on that I've hauled in 2020.

June TBR & Monthly Challenge

Monthly TBR and Challenge Update | The post where I share what I plan to read and how badly I'm doing on my yearly reading challenges :)

Okay, so I haven't been doing too poorly with reading books. However, I have not been reading what's on my planned TBR, nor have I finished many series or read any Owlcrate books. So that is my goal this month. I'm working on a few library books currently (one is part of a series I'm reading) and I'll see if I can read these two physical books and then maybe try to read some sequels.

My Tentative TBR for June:
  • Ace of Shades by Amanda Foody
  • Nevermoor: The Trials of Morrigan Crow by Jessica Townsend

2020 READING CHALLENGES: should be at 41%
Goodreads Challenge: 31/50 books - 62% AHEAD!
Series Challenge: 1/10 series - 10% BEHIND!
Netgalley Challenge: 7/12 books - 58% AHEAD!
Owlcrate Challenge: 0/12 books - 0%  BEHIND!
Owlcrate Jr Challenge: 0/6 books - 0% BEHIND!

What are you planning on reading in June?
