Top Ten-ish Books I Meant to Read in 2021

I really liked this prompt in my title last year and it wasn't on the docket for 2022, so I'm twisting this week's 2021 Releases I Was Excited About But Didn't Read to make it the Top Ten-ish Books I Meant to Read in 2021 - but didn't get to. I had 30 books on this list last year and was hoping to do better at reading books on my TBRs in 2021 and I did! I only have 12 books on the list! I'm going to try and update this list like I did with last year's as well.

Series 2022 Tracker

Here is the list of books I'm currently reading that are part of a series. I'm starting out in the middle of 54 series and I am hoping to get (and keep) that number under 40 in 2022. 35 of the 54 are completed series and I don't have the excuse of waiting on the next release to finish it. 12 of these series will take priority because there is only 1 book remaining before I finish the series :) I'm trying to make more of an effort to not start series unless all the books are out, but that doesn't always happen with some of the shiny new releases.

December 2021 Book Haul

I didn't haul a ton in December - I had my November Owlcrate book, a gift from my husband, a Goodreads giveaway, 1 purchased Kindle book, 1 Netgalley book, and 5 library books. I've only read 4 but plan on reading 3 of the remaining in January. I'm working on my before-2022 hauled books in 2022, but in the mean time, I am definitely going to spend 2022 hauling wisely!
